Interior Plant Maintenance Service and we incorporated these ideas into how we created and developed our business. We are licensed and insured and are state certified to apply pesticides. We are also knowledgeable and practice Earth-Friendly, Eco-Safe pest remedies and preventions, as well. We always go the extra mile to satisfy our customers because, At Tropical Interiors, it’s all about the plants, the quality of our plant maintenance services, and pleasing our customers!! Working in the industry for over two decades has given us the hands-on experience we needed to hone and master our talent. Who We Are
We are a local, hands-on, owner-operated company. Our overhead is low, so we’ll be able to pass these substantial savings on to our customers. And our size allows us to offer better quality and provide a more personal one-on-one service, so if there are ever any questions or concerns, you can cut the middle guys out and speak directly with us, the owners. We realize no matter how well-paid the employees are, no one oversees the business as the owners do.
Our philosophy is to solve problems before they even start. If a client has to call us with a problem, then we’re not doing our job. We are constantly communicating with our clients in order to create and build a long-term, lasting relationship because we know we can always make your facility look even better.
What sets us apart from the larger corporations is that WE SERVICE ALL OF OUR ACCOUNTS ON A WEEKLY BASIS. We understand the importance of consistently using the same individual to service your account. Plants are like people. They like consistency, and having multiple caregivers puts stress on the plants; one person over-waters, the next person under-waters, and the third person - doesn’t even know that there’s a plant in the office; that has the door shut. This inconsistency puts stress on the plants, making them weak, unattractive, and susceptible to plant pests and diseases.
Our standards are very strict, and our expectations are incredibly high.
We are very selective when it comes to our employees because we understand that working with plants is PART-ART, PART-SCIENCE, so we only hire highly motivated and qualified individuals with GREEN-THUMBS. And who is very passionate, absolutely loves what they do, and is also dedicated and committed to helping us work, change, and lead the industry with our plants' quality and plant maintenance services.
